Connect Zoom and Expertise can answer questions about your meetings and recordings without you opening the app. Expertise picks the right underlying action for each request automatically, anything that would change data in Zoom pauses for your approval first.

Connecting

  1. Open Connections in the dashboard and click Zoom → Connect.
  2. Sign in with Zoom and approve the requested access.
  3. Ask Expertise about a recent meeting to confirm it’s live.
You can disconnect from the Connections page any time, or revoke access from your Zoom account’s App Marketplace → Manage settings.

Zoom doesn’t have a fixed tool list, Expertise selects the right action for your request automatically. Reads run instantly; anything that would modify Zoom data pauses for an approval card first.

Good to know

  • Cloud recording required. Expertise can only summarize a recording if Zoom actually recorded the call to the cloud.
  • You see what your Zoom account sees. Meeting visibility follows the connected account’s own Zoom permissions.
