What you can ask
“Anything important in my inbox from the last two days?”
“Find the last thread with jane@acme.com and summarize where we left off.”
“Draft a follow-up to yesterday’s demo, keep it short, propose Thursday.”
“Reply to that thread confirming the meeting.” (asks for approval before sending)
Connecting
- Open Connections in the dashboard and click Gmail → Connect.
- Sign in with Google and approve the requested access.
- Ask Expertise to check your inbox to confirm it’s live.
Tools
Good to know
- Drafts are always safe. Creating a draft never delivers mail, so Expertise creates drafts directly without an approval. Sends and replies always show an approval card with the recipient, subject, and body first.
- One recipient per send. Gmail sends go out one at a time to a single primary recipient; bulk blasts through a pasted recipient list aren’t supported, which protects your sender reputation.
- Send throttling. Outbound email is rate-limited on top of approvals, so a scheduled task can’t burn your sending reputation.
- “Check my email” just works. If Gmail is your connected email account, inbox questions route here automatically, no need to name the provider.

Reconnect from the Connections tile: the Google token likely expired or
the original sign-in was abandoned midway.
