Good to know

  • Search results are candidates, not contacts. A search returns compact rows showing whether an email or phone is available, the actual email or phone only comes back once Expertise enriches the specific person.
  • Verified means verified. Enriched records carry a confidence and evidence signal, and Expertise only presents rows it can back up, it never guesses or fabricates a contact.
  • Very large bulk-enrich batches may pause for approval. One-off and moderate-size requests run instantly; unusually large batches ask first to confirm before spending that much lookup budget at once.
  • Read-only by design. Expertise Enrichment finds and verifies data, it doesn’t write to any CRM or send outreach. Pair it with a connected CRM or outreach tool (like Salesloft or LinkedIn) to act on what it finds.
