What you can ask
“What event types do I have set up, and how long is each one?”
“Who’s booked into my demo call this week?”
“Do I have any 30-minute slots open in the next two days?”
“Send Jane a one-time link to book a demo.” (asks for approval before creating it)
“Did the prospect from yesterday’s outreach actually book anything?”
Connecting
- Open Connections in the dashboard and click Calendly → Connect.
- Sign in to Calendly and approve the requested access.
- Ask Expertise to list your event types to confirm it’s live.
Tools
Good to know
- Scheduling links are single-use. Each link Expertise creates expires after one booking, built for sending one prospect a personal link, not a general booking page. Every link creation shows an approval card first.
- Availability windows cap at 7 days per lookup. Ask for a longer range and Expertise pages through it in multiple calls.
- Calendly is separate from Google Calendar. Connecting Calendly doesn’t require connecting Google Calendar too, connect either or both depending on where your scheduling actually lives.
Troubleshooting

Reconnect from the Connections tile, the sign-in was likely abandoned
