Expertise Live is Expertise’s own chatbot product, and if you’re already running it, Expertise can see it automatically. Ask about how a bot is performing, which visitor conversations show buying intent, what leads came in, or turn any of it into a polished report, no external account or API key required.

What you can ask

“How is the Acme bot performing this month?”
“Which conversations this week show real buying intent?”
“Build me a QBR report for the Tanya bot covering March.”
“What playbooks are active on my site, and which are still drafts?”
“Find leads from acme.com that came in through the chatbot.”

Connecting

Expertise Live is built in, there’s nothing to sign in to or authorize. Any Expertise Live customer can ask about their bots right away. If Expertise says it can’t find a bot or any data, contact us to confirm Expertise Live is provisioned on your account.

Tools

Good to know

  • Nothing to connect. Expertise Live data is available the moment you ask , there’s no Connections tile to click through.
  • Creating a playbook is the one write here. It shows an approval card before saving. A new playbook can also be saved as an inactive draft if it’s missing something (like a real booking link), Expertise tells you exactly what to finish in the Live dashboard to turn it on.
  • Ask for a report and get a document. A request like “give me a monthly report” produces a polished PDF (or DOCX) with charts and a summary table, not just a chat answer.
  • Private training content stays private. Expertise never pulls a bot’s private training materials or knowledge base into an answer, only conversations, leads, metrics, and playbook configuration.
  • Admin-only tools only return results for organization admins; everyone else sees their own bots, conversations, and leads.

Troubleshooting

Ask by name or domain first, Expertise searches, then falls back to listing every bot it can see if there’s no strong match. If it still can’t find it, the bot may be owned by someone else and not shared with you.
Check what Expertise reported as missing, usually a booking or meeting link, and add it in the Live dashboard, then ask Expertise to confirm the playbook is active.
