Connect PandaDoc and Expertise can keep you on top of your proposals: check whether a quote’s been opened, see what’s still outstanding, and create a new document when you need one. Reads are instant; anything that creates or sends a document pauses for your approval first.

Connecting

  1. Open Connections in the dashboard and click PandaDoc → Connect.
  2. When asked for an API key, create one in PandaDoc under your API keys settings, then paste it in.
  3. Ask Expertise about a document to confirm it’s live.

What’s covered

Expertise picks the right PandaDoc action automatically based on what you ask for, looking up documents and proposals, checking status, and creating or sending new ones. There’s no fixed list of tools to browse; if a request needs an action Expertise hasn’t used before, it looks it up on the spot.
