What you can ask
“Pull up Jane Doe’s Salesloft record and show me her open tasks.”
“Who’s currently enrolled in the ‘Enterprise Outbound’ cadence, and how far along is each person?”
“Add John Smith at Acme to the Q3 Outbound cadence.” (asks for approval before enrolling)
“Log a call with Sarah at Acme, 15 minutes, connected, left a follow-up voicemail note.”
“What did we send Acme in the last two weeks, any cadence emails go out?”
Connecting
- Open Connections in the dashboard and click Salesloft → Connect.
- Sign in with your Salesloft account and approve the requested access.
- Ask Expertise to look up a person or cadence to confirm it’s live.
Tools
Good to know
- Salesloft can’t send email directly. Emails only go out through cadence steps, asking Expertise to “email this prospect through Salesloft” routes to enrolling them in a cadence, not a one-off send.
- Enrollment is the flagship write.
add_person_to_cadenceputs someone into live automated outreach, so Expertise always confirms the exact person and cadence before asking for approval. - Deleting a custom field is permanent. It drops that field’s values from every record it appears on, not just one.
- Every write pauses for your approval, you’ll see the exact record, field values, or cadence before anything happens in Salesloft.
Troubleshooting
Salesloft shows connected but Expertise says it isn't

Reconnect from the Connections tile, the OAuth token likely expired, or
ask again in the same chat, as tools can take a moment to surface in a
new conversation.
