Connect Fireflies and Expertise can find and summarize your recorded meetings: what was said, what the action items were, and which highlight clips matter. This connector is read-only, Expertise can look and summarize, but it can never edit or delete anything in Fireflies.

What you can ask

“Find the Fireflies transcript from my call with Acme yesterday.”
“What were the action items from Tuesday’s call with their VP of Sales?”
“Show me the highlight clips from the last call with Acme.”
“Who’s on our Fireflies team, and which meetings has Priya hosted?”

Connecting

Fireflies connects with an API key rather than a sign-in screen:
  1. Open Connections in the dashboard and click Fireflies → Connect.
  2. The dialog links you to the Fireflies settings page where you generate an API key, copy it and paste it into Expertise.
  3. Ask Expertise about a recent meeting to confirm it’s live.
You can disconnect from the Connections page any time, or revoke the key from your Fireflies account settings.

Tools

Good to know

  • Fully read-only. There’s nothing to approve here, every Fireflies tool reads. See how approvals work for the connectors that do write.
  • API key, not OAuth. Rotating or revoking the key in Fireflies breaks the connection immediately, reconnect with a fresh key if that happens.
  • Team visibility depends on your Fireflies plan. What Expertise can list or host-filter follows the same permissions your key already has.
