Connect Snitcher and Expertise can turn your anonymous website traffic into real pipeline: see which companies are visiting your site, review their sessions and engagement, and surface contacts at those companies. Reads run instantly; revealing a contact’s email, tagging a company, or changing workspace settings pauses for your approval first.

What you can ask

“Which companies visited our pricing page this week?”
“Show me Acme’s visit history and what pages they looked at.”
“Any contacts at Acme we could reach out to?”
“Reveal the email for that contact at Acme.” (asks for approval before revealing)
“Tag Acme as ‘hot lead’.” (asks for approval before tagging)

Connecting

  1. In Snitcher, open Settings → Account → API and create an API token.
  2. Open Connections in the dashboard, click Snitcher → Connect, and paste in the token.
  3. Ask Expertise which companies visited your site recently to confirm it’s live.
You can disconnect from the Connections page any time.

Tools

Good to know

  • Snitcher isn’t a CRM. It identifies companies and people visiting your site; it doesn’t track deals or pipeline stages.
  • Revealing an email may cost credits. Snitcher can meter email reveals on your plan, so Expertise asks for approval before revealing one.
  • Deletes are permanent. Deleting a workspace destroys every identified company and session in it; deleting a custom field drops its values from every company. Expertise always confirms the exact name before either.
  • Every write pauses for your approval, tagging, reveals, custom field changes, and workspace admin actions all show what’s about to change first.

Troubleshooting

Reconnect from the Connections tile, the API token may have been revoked or regenerated in Snitcher.
Ask for a wider date range or check the right workspace, Snitcher data is scoped per tracked website, and a company only shows up once Snitcher identifies it.
