Connect Gong and Expertise can dig through your call intelligence for you: which calls happened, what was said, and who talked to whom. This connector is read-only, Expertise can look, summarize, and quote, but it can never edit or delete anything in Gong.

Connecting

  1. Open Connections in the dashboard and click Gong → Connect.
  2. Sign in to your Gong account and approve the requested access.
  3. Ask Expertise about a recent call to confirm it’s live.
You can disconnect from the Connections page any time, or revoke access from your Gong admin settings.

  • You see what your Gong account sees. Call visibility follows your Gong workspace permissions, a personal connection surfaces exactly the calls that account can already view.
  • Transcripts are summarized, not dumped. Calls can run long, so Expertise pulls only what’s needed and answers in plain language rather than pasting a raw transcript.
