What you can ask
“Pull the current pipeline from the Q3 forecast sheet and tell me what’s slipping.”
“Find the row for Acme Corp in the deal tracker and tell me the stage and close date.”
“Log today’s five new leads to the prospecting tracker.” (asks for approval first)
“Update the Acme row’s stage to Negotiation.” (asks for approval first)

Tools
Good to know
- Naming a sheet is enough. Say “the Q3 forecast” and Expertise finds it, checks its tabs and layout, and confirms the range before reading or writing.
- Appending is additive, updating overwrites. Logging a new lead adds a row; changing a deal’s stage overwrites the cell in place, Expertise picks the right one based on what you asked for.
- Every write pauses for your approval, the approval card shows the exact spreadsheet, range, and values before anything is saved.
Troubleshooting
Expertise can't find a spreadsheet I know exists
Expertise can't find a spreadsheet I know exists
Try naming it more specifically, or check it’s in the connected Google
account’s Drive rather than one only shared to a different account.
A range or update seems off
A range or update seems off
Ask Expertise to confirm the sheet name and range first, spreadsheets
with multiple tabs can have similar-looking ranges on different sheets.
