“Find the lead for Acme and show me their open opportunities.”
“Who are the contacts at Acme, and what’s their status in the pipeline?”

Tools
In Close, a lead is a company/account, contacts are the people under it, and opportunities are deals, opportunity value is tracked in cents.Good to know
- Deletes are permanent. Deleting a lead also deletes its contacts and activity history, Expertise confirms the exact record with you before a delete, and it never deletes anything you only asked it to read or summarize.
close_log_callrecords history, it doesn’t dial. It’s for noting down a call that already took place, not for placing one.- Every write pauses for your approval, the approval card shows the exact record and field values before anything is saved.
Troubleshooting
Expertise can't find a lead or contact you know exists
Expertise can't find a lead or contact you know exists
It searches by name, email, or other fields, try being more specific
(e.g. a full email address) or ask it to list recent leads instead.
A delete request was refused or asked for confirmation

Deletes in Close are irreversible, so Expertise always confirms the exact
record first and won’t guess which one you mean if more than one match is
possible.
