Step 1: Access Your Dashboard

Visit the Expertise Dashboard to find the unique code snippet for embedding the chatbot on your site.

Step 2: Locate and Copy the Code

In the “Add to Website” section of the dashboard, select your preferred embed type from the “Embed Using” dropdown, then click “Copy” to copy the code snippet to your clipboard.

Step 3: Log In to Your Webflow Account

Access your Webflow account where you’ll be integrating the Expertise code.

Step 4: Navigate to Site Settings

  1. Visit Site Settings.
  2. Click on the Custom Code tab.

Step 5: Paste the Expertise Code

Paste the Expertise code you copied earlier in the Footer Code Section (recommended) or the Head Code Section.
Note: Placing the script in the Footer Code section ensures your page content loads first, improving page performance.

Step 6: Save Your Changes
