Getting started
- When you first sign up, Expertise automatically scrapes your website and trains itself on every page
- By the time you finish onboarding, it already knows your company
Adding more sources
- Webpages: paste a URL, sitemap, or list of URLs, and Expertise crawls them
- Files: upload PDFs, decks, or documents like one-pagers, playbooks, and case studies
- Text: paste in raw text like talking points, objection handlers, or scripts
Managing what it knows
- See every source Expertise is trained on, including its type, character count, and when it was last trained
- Use Re-train to pull in the latest version when something changes
