Put your recurring workflows on autopilot.

The Scheduled Tasks tab is where you set up work you want Expertise to run on a regular basis, like a morning prep brief, a Friday pipeline sweep, or a weekly stalled-deal check.
Schedules
  • Lists your active recurring tasks
  • Each task shows its schedule, last run, approval setting, and active or paused status
  • Open any task to edit its instructions, change the frequency and time, or set whether it runs automatically or waits for approval
Creating a task
  • Click Scheduled task and describe what you want it to do in plain language
  • Expertise builds the task and adds it to your schedule
Run History
  • Shows a full record of every run, including duration, credits used, and a summary of what Expertise did
  • Tells you why a run failed, if one does
  • A dashboard at the top tracks active tasks, runs this week, success rate, and credits used
