The Approvals tab keeps you in control of every action Expertise takes on your behalf. Before it sends an email, updates a record, or posts a message, it pauses and waits for your sign-off here.
Pending
- Shows every action waiting for your review
- Open any item to see exactly what Expertise plans to do
- Edit the action if you want to change anything before it goes out
- Approve to send it immediately, or reject to discard it
History
- Keeps a record of everything you've already approved or rejected
- Gives you a clear trail of what your agent has done and what it asked you about
Good to know
- Approvals can be turned on for actions you want to watch and off for ones you trust to run automatically
- Sensitive actions like outbound emails can stay gated, while routine internal tasks run on their own
